support for our proprietary software packages Taba (Zoning) & Gbound.

The support agreement for 12 months includes the following:

Free
updates and upgrades of TABA systems for 12 months
|
|
Hot-line
(telephone) support 5 days a week
|
|
Replacement
of faulty media (diskettes, CDs, etc.) free of charge except shipping
|
|
10 %
Discount of the price for technical support on your premises
|
|
