Dear customer, we in Tovna would like to offer you a technical support agreement 
for AutoCAD and AutoCAD-based applications.

This is an ordering form for software service / programming on your premises. The price of this service is on hourly basis and you will be charged according to the actual number of working hours.

I, as a person authorized in our organization to order technical service, having read and understood all the points set forth above, hereby approve this order. The payment will be made to the order of Tovna D. E. Ltd. in accordance with actual number of working hours. I am fully responsible for the timely payment for each working hour ordered and spent. In case of late payment the sum due will be paid with interest according to the rules for outstanding interest in The First International Bank of Israel.
